This book is a low fi labour of love. We wanted to create something for our captive audience while in lockdown and fulfil a goal to finally create a cook book. The contents of the book are recipes Richard has been making for years. He is not a chef, this is a fun and rough guide to the "Mexican" food he loves to create and eat.
